The Division of Corporate Services which is mainly composed of the Human Resource Management, Office Administration and Information and Communication Technology is mandated to provide strategic leadership, management and support services to the Directorate core function of road construction, maintenance and rehabilitation programmes.

The key functions of the Division are to:
• Develop and implement various strategies and policies to improve service delivery within and outside the Directorate, including capacity of the organisation to cope with change and change processes.
• Provide effective strategic leadership and management and support for proper
functioning of the whole organization in line with its mandate, vision and mission.
• Lead and manage the Directorates critical functions of: Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Performance Management, Information Management & Technology and Office Administration.
• Co-ordinates the planning and implementation of strategies and policies aimed at improving service delivery by ensuring that structures and governance processes are in place and are aligned to achieve the strategic objectives of the Directorate.
• Ensures and oversee that all ICT functions provide strong support for good organizational performance by offering critical ICT services and digital businesses processes that promote efficiency and effectiveness in the service delivery.
• To promote the organizational corporate image through various strategies and programmes that are critically geared to reflect the business of the organization.
