Qualifications A University Degree B Eng. or B Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; a Post Graduate degree in Highway Engineering or Transportation or Construction / Project Management will be an added advantage. Experience: • The applicant should have at least a minimum of eight (8) years’ relevant experience in management of civil engineering works and services. • Three (3) of these years should be in field of assignment. • Extensive knowledge of relevant industry standards and specifications and relevant legislation. • The ability to demonstrate attention to detail and solve problems in a timely manner. The incumbent should exhibit sound and accurate judgment and work well under pressure. • Extensive project management experience in the relevant industry.
