Roads Directorate has secured funding to complement the on-going graduate internship programmes which are aimed at giving experience and skills development for graduates who have completed their tertiary education but are not yet employed due to some requirements which they often lack, as specified on the job advertisement. As such, an intake in the intended internship is poised to run for the period of two years. We believe that a reasonable level of knowledge and experience will have been imparted to the candidates and thus become market ready for employment prospects when their internship period lapses.
