Qualifications and Experience a) A Graduate Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management/ Civil Engineering /Economics/ Finance or other similar degree from a recognized University b) A postgraduate degree in Project/Contract Management and Business Administration will be an added advantage c) At least 10 years’ experience in Procurement related activities with substantial content of procurement of works/ services in an international, national, public or private organization preferably in a developing country setting d) Any other general relevant experience in procurement e) Substantial knowledge of public procurement procedures of Lesotho, as well as World Bank Funding Rules and Regulations and donor funded projects f) Be fluent in English and, and have an excellent knowledge of spoken and written English g) Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills Computer Literacy is essential
