Reporting to the Director General, the Director, Road Network Development has overall technical, financial and managerial responsibility for the Road Network Development Division. The role leads the construction, upgrading and rehabilitation of roads and bridges to the required standards while ensuring compliance with applicable social, environmental and safety requirements. The Director supervises, manages and monitors work undertaken by contractors and force-account teams (if need be), ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, quantities and financial obligations.
